As donations are generally allocated towards ongoing social initiatives, refunds are not ordinarily provided. However, a refund request may be considered in specific cases listed below.

2. Circumstances Eligible for Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Transaction

A donor has accidentally made multiple payments for the same purpose.

Incorrect Amount

An incorrect donation amount was entered due to an error during the transaction.

Unauthorized Transaction

A payment was made without the donor’s consent, subject to verification by the Foundation and the relevant payment service provider.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the donor must send an email to:

The request must include the following information:

• Full name

• Contact details

• Transaction ID

• Date of donation

• Amount donated

• Reason for the refund request

Incomplete requests may take longer to review.

4. Review, Approval and Processing

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

The approved amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

Any applicable payment gateway charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

K3 Learning and Development Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other payment service providers.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

K3 Learning and Development Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately after being published on the website.
